TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL
◇ Prices can vary upon complexity of the character design, length of an animation, and overall amount of work. You will always be given a quote beforehand.◇ Once your inquiry is accepted, you will be added to a wait list. No invoices will be sent until it's your turn.
If you need your commission done ASAP, there is a rush option to skip the queue. Rush fee: +50% (10 days before a hard deadline)◇ I can decline the commission if: Your inquiry doesn't contain enough information, if I feel I can't meet your expectations or if my style doesn't fit what you're looking for.◇ Please send an inquiry only if you know you can commit to it. Ceasing to respond or cancelling for no reason will result in getting blacklisted in the future.◇ If you use your commission on twitch, please credit my twitter somewhere on your channel. @saru_rkgk◇ I highly prefer to work with visual references. Character sheets, other art of your character, the more the better. You can send them via Google drive/Dropbox/stash/etc.PAYMENTS

-Threshold: minimum upfront payment 100% up to 600€, beyond that amount, minimum 50% payment upfront is required.◇ Invoice currency will be in € euro. (keep in mind PayPal takes a conversion fee from other currencies)PROCESS AND REVISIONS
◇ Heavy revisions are allowed on the first step, the sketch phase. After this phase the painting process begins. More WIP can be sent in between if requested. Once the commission is done I will only do minor color corrections and small adjustments. You won't be able to change the character/design mid-way.◇ If I forget an element that was on the reference I will add it even in the final work. Please let me know if I forget something.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
◇ Commissions can take from 3 days to 2 weeks to complete. depending on amount of work, complexity and client communication time. In the case of Live2D rigging or model, this time can extend to 1 month approximately.◇ Format of deliverable files: mp4 loading screens, GIF alerts, PNG illustrations, PDF/CMYK/tiff for commercial commissions when necessary.PROPERTY RIGHTS
◇ Intellectual property rights belong to the artist. You may use the artwork personally (non-profit). In the case commercial rights are required, a fee will be included in the final price. Commercial fee: base price x3◇ What is considered commercial work? Live2D models, merchandise and/or art intended for selling.◇ The artist reserves the right to display commissioned images on a portfolio and stream the process of the work unless client specifies to keep it private in the form.◇ NFT/AI training is prohibited.◇ Do not claim the art as your own.REFUND POLICY
◇ No refunds once the sketch is approved.
◇ You will be refunded if by circumstances beyond my control I am unable to finish your commission or if I am unable to meet your set deadline.
